Particularly good location with parking onsite.

Our room was reasonably spacious and offered a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, and an electric kettle. The staff was very pleasant and a fantastic and marvellous breakfast was provided. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk to a market and stores;)))

Not so helpful staff!

I stayed at logos for 2 nights and loved it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was even nicer than the photos, and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities, especially the sauna and steam room, were a fantastic way to unwind. And being so close to the city center made exploring easy!

It could have been more straightforward.

I loved this hotel! I stayed here for two of the six nights I spent in Zakopane and the best part was the location, just a 5-minute walk through a lovely park to the vibrant Krupowki street, full of shops and local eateries. I easily strolled to the Tatra Museum in less than 15 minutes. My room was spacious and comfortable!

The hotel's beautiful decor and prime location made exploring the area easy. Breakfast offerings were really good. I wished for clearer communication about spa services. A good experience worth repeating.

We faced some awkward moments in the spa with loud guests turning the jacuzzi into a party zone, ruining the calm vibe.

Better signage for spa services would be helpful.

The hotel had beautiful architecture and a lovely location just minutes from the main attractions. While the breakfast was a highlight, there were some hiccups with the cleanliness and the external spa services being difficult to access. It was a pleasant experience.

Very nice staff saved me from a thunderstorm. Wi-fi was spotty.
